I returned an item the return itself was fine. What stuck with me was waiting for the refund — it took longer than I expected, and I remember feeling a bit anxious checking my account and wondering if something had gone wrong. I ended up sending an email just to ask what was happening. To be fair, they did sort it out in the end, but it wasn’t the quickest or smoothest experience.

Not totally sure these are authentic. The item just looked a little off to me. Weird packaging too. I tried checking the serial number and it didn’t match. i wouldn’t buy from here again.
